Last year, Beijing invested $88 billion in the country's railways .... now operates a world-leading 1,758 miles of high-speed rail.
An alternative to flying or driving: Obama said he wanted to study China's high-speed trains .... Like railway advocates in the USA, the Ministry touts rail as a greener, more energy-efficient form of transportation than driving or flying. For passengers, it promotes high-speed trains as "fast, safe, comfortable, convenient and punctual." With top operating speeds of 221 mph, the new trains connect cities almost as fast as a jet but without the lengthy security procedures at airports. Speed and convenience are paramount for business travelers. .... At $110 one way, THE TRAIN IS MORE EXPENSIVE than flying .... But many people still prefer the trains. .... ".... you need to meet people in person to do business, and take clients out for meals, so I often have to travel. High-speed trains could be the answer." The previous ride for the 664-mile journey ....took 10-1/2 hours in cars .... The new train takes .... 3 hours ....
Passenger comforts: The trains are powered by electricity, so they're not weighed down by huge engines and hundreds of gallons of diesel fuel. Dear USA Leadership
Dear USA Leadership; Listening to the February 25, 2010 "Health Care Summit":
Each speaker Honorable Senator (speak in terms of prim-most are facts, while failing substance in each FACT as written in the current "Health Bill"); proclaims in rhetoric advertising their "Health Care Bill" interests, formed in story lacking direct substance. Those who specifically detail "Health Care Bill" page & verse are impinged within their comment of concern. Only procrastinations in all SMARTNESS flow with rhetoric, within which are the importance of Party Rivalry!? ((Bickering rivalry, one side spent more time than the other side!)). We are one Nation For its Peoples, NOT RIVALRY because of ELITE CLUB MEMBERSHIPS, in always conflict. My suggestion is start being a LAWMAKER; discussions are not SPEECHES that waist time in procrastinations; meeting of intelligent minds LISTEN and specifically define comment as to what currently is fact written in the "Health Care Bill", an affective methodology would be sequentially page & verse point-to-point.
<>> Isn't whole issue suffers many stories, failing LEADERSHIP in the meeting suffer ultimate wish for formation of written FACTS?
<>> Isn't the WHOLE "Health Care Summit" intention, too PASS the "Health Care Bill", which are WRITTEN DETAILS?
<>> Instead of INSURANCE POOLS, have "Assigned Risk"; each year, Rotating Insurance Companies, are mandated for a year to carry "Assigned Risk REDUCED PRICING premium coverage's", for those who can not afford HEALTH PREMIUMS. The same are used in many states in Auto Insurance coverage's for who are RISK or Affordability.
<>> LIMIT Insurance Company $$ PROFITABILITY, major problem in Health Care affordability, and HEALTH Industry escalating costs.

Health Care and CIRCUMVENTING its implanted
$$ Enormous Costs $$:
An

No need for committees to adjust Health
Care payments to those who have not the
funds for any Health Care. Example myself, On Social Security as my whole
income. I am clean, sleep in my car; My work forms Gifts of Knowledge

like any perceived notions as homeless. I Never go to a doctor due to the
expense would critically impinge my LIVING INCOME. Currently from 18 July
2009, I developed an abscess tooth
(the tooth cracked into it's root nerves (a root canal required, repair costs
over 2,000 dollars). Only a few
years ago a root canal costs were only 100 plus dollars.
Never in my 67 years have I had such a problem & pain (No health care covers
teeth anyway); the tooth which also
abscessed the lower left sinus cavity
(yellow green creamy - smells creamy secretions; today slowly improving).
Painful yes, once both tooth & sinus abscesses stabilize, then I will place a
filling in the broken tooth. Solutions were found for medical care, today
fully cured; to include a chronic throat cough disappeared when the problem
teeth were removed.

Bottom line:
National Health Care currently in Congress,
being inadequate and proposed in absolute dollars is not a viable plan to

FOCUS we must examine our Leadership ideals:
President Obama we all know HAS A GOOD
HEART. We are all seeking
Knowledge to mend our seemingly failures,
that are truly within our Leadership ideals. Ideals which include
fraternity focus competitions which inflame between Elite clubs,
political rhetoric's dividing
for the only reason of their personal fraternity relationships.
New Future Civilization CAN NOT ENDURE such inverted self awareness' mislead idealistic behaviors in minds of its LEADERS.
When a person accepts Leadership position, it becomes a mandate to LEAD WITH personal Integrity; as a Political intelligent person, personally must attune FOCUS within Nation's NEEDS, NOT fraternity divided rhetoric's. Fraternity Elite Club ideals as was in University, NOW matured in scope, those University / College immature student ideals are NOT proper.
Interestingly LOVE is not sex, so often used to express conclusion in free promiscuous behaviors; LOVE is what defines the person in reality of personal LASTING Moral base IDEALS, measured in "SELF INTEGRITY". We define ourselves, failure within cause decline.
Why is it, Ways of the Past, are NOT POSSIBLE in the New Future?
